What did you do right after high school?

After graduation I went to school and continued to work at the Colony Shop in Whitefish Bay.
I married Kathy Chernon WFB class of 63, and we had one daughter.

Have you had different careers?

I spent most of my working career in retail. I worked for the Colony Shop, then McNeil and Moore, and then opened my own store, Berman-Bach.
I also bought a saloon in Beaver Dam called Dillingers. It was a good experience.

Fun or interesting "adventures" or one of the high points of your life.

When I was 6 years old my mother died. I moved to my grandfather's farm in Kenosha. I had experiences there that most children never had.

What do you do with your spare time? What are you passionate about?

I like to meet people in Bay Shore. I enjoy traveling to see my relatives and grandchildren.

Have you lived one of your dreams?

Yes, I opened my own clothing store.
