From Mike Fassett

Jase and I reconnected a year or so before the reunion. What we hadn't realized until then was how connected we really had been from   5th grade to being each other's Best Man. Loyal. Not only a worrier he was a brother. With affection, Michael "Spanky" Fassett.

P.S. On the day he died he shot a 47 for 9. An amazing feat for someone as ill as he was. Prior to his aneurism and loss of one eye he was a scratch golfer. I believe Jase would feel this was a just obit for one of the "bad boys".
